This is the fourth time I have tried to post on my blog. The first time, I had about half of my trip to Budapest documented and then the internet went out in the kolej. The second time was this very day. I had finished typing and was adding pictures to a witty masterpiece. I left it open on my computer and my roommate x-ed out the window, so I threw her in front of a tram.
Just kidding.
But she really did x out of it. I'm dealing. And literally five minutes ago, I had something to this extent, but a lot funnier.
So life in the kolej. I went to 80's night. Changed my life. It has been on the upside of 70 degrees here and sunny and I have a TAN! Yes, Powder, everyone's freakishly pale friend has a tan. Woot.
On a sadder note, I leave here in a few weeks. My Aussies.Kiwis are already making plans for me to come visit them over Christmas and I'm seriously considering it (hey mom, hate to break it to you this way, but I'm already waking up in a panic that I may never see nic and michaela again).
This past weekend is so worthy of its own entry, that I'll publish this one and then do another one, just so it looks like I actually give a hoot about this blog anymore. But seriously, I was getting a major guilt trip from some of y'all.

Kate, we all appreciate the blog. We also appreciate the trouble you had in preparing this blog for publication. However, did you realize that your blog says nothing at all about your trip to Budapest? Just wondering.
Daddy
Hey boss. Good to hear that life is treating you well and I'm glad Europe is still there.
I definitely feel you on losing your posts. Feel you. So, in a few words, make a note of the following: Zach Galifianakis.
Trust me.
Peace, Kate.
I love your father's post. I sense some frustration. He thinks you missed the point...
Glad about the tan. And just remember next time you lose you blog post - Jesus saves.
